Association prestigious Awards Luncheon held
at the Union League Club in Chicago.

Rachel Madorsky, internationally published
author, was honored at the Illinois Woman's Press
Association prestigious Awards Luncheon held
at the Union League Club in Chicago.
Rachel Madorsky received the 2009 Mate E. Palmer Communications Contest
Award for her nonfiction book Symphony of Your
Karma: Healing Destiny of Soul.
The
award encompasses career success and service to both the community and
to the Illinois Woman's Press Association / National Federation of Press
Women.
Madorsky’s
book has been well received by her audience and professionals in related
fields. One of the independent judges wrote of Symphony, “…Very
nicely written with ample examples and illustrations. The book is a fine
introduction to the subject.”
Bernie
Siegel, M.D., endorses Madorsky’s work by saying, “Every life is a
symphony, but you have to conduct the orchestra and create harmony in

Madorsky Speaks
at
ISSSEEM Conference
(Chicago,
Ill.) – (July 07, 2004) – Rachel Madorsky, author of “Create
Your Own Destiny: Spiritual Path to Success” presented a workshop at the
International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies and Energy
Medicine for its 14th annual conference in Colorado Springs
June 24-30, 2004.
The
conference focused on the inner source of healing and was attended by
doctors, scientists, researchers, and healing practitioners who
collected data on healers, how they work, their techniques, their
modalities, and their roles in the healing process.
Madorsky spoke on the “Voice of the Healer” panel where she discussed
her experience as the team leader of the patient, doctor, family and the
invisible healing forces of quasiworld or quasimir. She shared her
experiences as a healer by presenting case studies and then asked
attendees to find answers with supporting data to the following
questions:
“Why do
some, if not all, prescription drugs like psychotropics or painkillers,
or methods like former hypnotic treatments, slow down the healing
process with a healer? From my practice, I have found that I first must
remove the traces of these drugs or methods from the brain or mind,
before I am able to move forward with the real healing process.
“Why
are practitioners and physicians so quick to prescribe painkillers or
like them drugs when the pain itself acts as a watchdog? These drugs
slow down brain activity, including those parts of the brain that are
responsible for the recovery and self-healing of the body. Pain is a
‘watchdog’ of health.”
Madorsky also presented a workshop entitled, “The Natural Born Healer
Within: Activitate Your Inner Healing Power” where participants learned
breathing exercises to minimize stress to improve overall health,
affirmations to stimulate positive responses to negative influences, and
meditations to develop their own visualization techniques.
Any
kind of healing that uses the subtle energies for healing is considered
bio-energy or spiritual healing. Bio-energy or spiritual healing is one
of the oldest and most widespread systems of natural healing. Bio-energy
or spiritual healing increases the body’s natural healing rate by
stimulating the cells and tissue back to normal activity. Healing aids
in healing virtually every known illness including serious problems such
as cancer and heart disease, skin and circulation problems, cuts, burns
or other chronic and life-threatening diseases.
Madorsky is an author and bioenergy consultant in Illinois. She was born
and raised in Belarus
by parents who understood her inherited gift of healing. After
completing medical studies, she worked as a nurse for one year. Madorsky
then changed careers and after earning an electrical engineering degree
from the Institute of Technology in Kiev, Ukraine, she became an
engineering professor in the graduate programs at Technological College
in Belarus. Later she completed computer science studies at De Paul
University in Chicago. The turning point in her life came when she
became interested in the fate of a terminally ill associate. She writes
full time and regularly lectures and presents workshops on natural
healing throughout the Midwest.
Also, she authored articles on the art of healing for various
publications. Rachel Madorsky has appeared on radio and television
program “The
Woman's Connection®”. In the Russia
her book is the bestseller: “Energy and Health of Man. Advice from a
Practicing Healer”. She is a member of ISSSEEM.
